The ephemeral nature of time that elapses in a smile
"Tempo" of Marcelo Katz, Kaufman Virginia, Julieta Carrera , Gabi Goldberg, Martin Lopez Carsolio , Hernán Coal , Ruth Pezet and Javier Pomposiello .
The time is now so ephemeral and concrete at the same time, the importance and value is a notion that comes tied to capitalism, factories require synchronicity in the act of producing that men conform to a time of entry and exit tasks running simultaneously in the film production. The watch came to have a supreme value in the life of each individual. But this has not always been so, there was a time when the time depended of life events, was an organic time.
What Tempo want to show us are the ways we conceive of the time, like life, as events such as seasons, days or hours. In so many ways as one can imagine and it is just that, imagination, thus putting into practice all that make "Tempo" so hilarious you can find a time of joy, magic and clowns that looks like a time designed and made dreams come true.
With excellent musical accompaniment Sebastian Furman in front of the piano, "Tempo" brand us a synchronicity comparable to tic-tac clock, the movements in the performance space and sounds emerge as a harmonious and homogeneous. Using different objects such as clocks, watches and other ancient latest, clowns - Hernán Coal , Gabi Goldberg, Virginia Kaufman, Martin Lopez Carsolio and Juliet Carrera - on stage achieve a high effect on the audience: a moment of joy and why not, reflection on the course of each moment, which may be short lived as eternal or long and seen in just a blink of an eye. "Tempo" led me to believe that the true time value is in seconds, minutes and hours, but in the events in that period, helps us to understand that a smile can not be changed for a million pesos.
The Company of Clowns School of Marcelo Katz -hosting the work-leads us to tour the "Tempo" that can be enjoyed on Fridays and Saturdays at 20 pm at the Cultural Center Cooperation, Corrientes 1543, Sala Solidaridad. For those who wish to reserve, we recommend it, can call 5077-8077.

The "baby" we all want
Fridays at 21hs in The Kafka, Lambaré nearly 866-versus Tribe - raises a debate that crosses from the social point of view, either as children or as parents, ie what we believe (or believe parents) who are the children and what they really are (or us) as children. What is articulated in the case of "Baby" are the senses through society and come to light so exaggerated, taken at its finest literary as Susan Sontag was able to do in Playboy magazine in 1974.
One enters the room over The Kafka and the characters are already there, talking among themselves as if anything they cared. Following a musical theme, begin to expose their situation, blame and praise showered so contradictory, "is brilliant," "crazy", "how to tell ..." and so on. Three sets of parents against the "Doctor" draw a world where physical and intellectual capacities of the "baby" come to ridiculous extremes. For this bet, its director, Lorena Ballestrero , had to work on a minimalist rhythmically articulated speech of each character.
The problem described in "Baby" as a critique of American society from which the text Susan Sontag - it everyday and see it's global. The disagreement with the actions of the "young" seems to break the rules that govern us, by convention and tradition. Thus, we identified at a very intimate, as children or as parents. Undoubtedly, what young people are a reflection of our society, the values \u200b\u200bthey transmit. The question is, how to claim them something that even we-adults-are, what example can be taught to behave in a country where politics is seriously corrupt, where the "models" to follow are devoid of ideals, are only example of the "meat" they expose. Faced with so many "idols" without projections intend "kids" right, framed in hollow structures that determine nothing.
In this bet the director, Lorena Ballestrero achieved a good result where the performance of actors María Inés Howlin , Silvina Katz, Leonardo Murua , Odierna Leonardo, Eduardo Pavelic and Elida Schinocca , it looks juicy highlighting a performance worthy of witnessing. The work
"Baby" Susan Sontag of can witness the every Friday at the theater space 21hs The Kafka , Lambaré 866, we recommend booking at 4862-5439.
