As part of the retrospective introspection 2006, Angeldemonio performing arts group presents the play beyond the edge. This brilliant staging gets us into the dark world of underground fights from an intimate, yet tough and shocking to us to think about human relationships in our society, from the perspective of a Peruvian experimental group. MAS BEYOND THE EDGE tells the story of the Garcia brothers, who are behind the death of his father. Carlos comes to travel and seek out his older brother Martin, a manager of boxers to fight clandestine convinces Carlos to fight. This agrees but Martin feels that his brother does not have enough character to become a boxer and win the fight, then begins to train for "the game of life." This was immersed in a world of saloons, brothels and drugs. But behind this attitude towards his brother is hiding a secret to be revealed and will inevitably change the fate of the Gallardo brothers.
Released originally in 2000, BEYOND THE RIM has been widely praised, both by the audience as critics, mainly for being the first production Angeldemonio performing arts group. The actors and playwrights Ricardo Delgado and Erick Garcia asserts that the work was born of pure improvisation. Angeldemonio was founded in 2000 to disseminate social and humanistic message through the performing arts in an experimental line, they feel that the theater is a universal right and his main interest is to reach people who do not have access to it without fail to reach an open public like to see shows innovative and quality.
